Pregnant woman receiving prenatal chiropractic care in Denver
Over 70% of pregnant women deal with lower back pain.

Most Are Told to Rest and Wait It Out

There's a better option. Prenatal chiropractic care restores pelvic balance, takes pressure off irritated nerves, and helps your body work the way it's designed to, at every stage of pregnancy.

What We Treat

Lower Back Pain

Spinal adjustments redistribute load and bring lasting relief, not just temporary muscle relaxation.

Pelvic Girdle Pain

We restore pelvic alignment and reduce the joint stress that makes walking, sleeping, and stairs painful.

Sciatica

We find the source, spine, sacrum, or tight hips, and address it directly.

Round Ligament Pain

Soft tissue work on the supporting ligaments dramatically reduces frequency and intensity.

SI Joint Pain

Specific pelvic adjustments stabilize the sacroiliac joints loosened by relaxin.

Breech Positioning

Webster Technique improves pelvic balance to give your baby more room to move.

Webster Technique, Denver's Prenatal Standard

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic protocol developed by the ICPA for pregnant patients. It works on the sacrum and pelvis, reducing tension, restoring balance, and creating the optimal pelvic environment for your baby's positioning.

We're certified. That's not a standard part of chiropractic school. It requires additional clinical training and testing.

Balanced pelvis. Calmer nervous system. A body that's better prepared for birth.

Care for Every Trimester

First Trimester

We set the foundation early, pelvic alignment before compensation patterns form. If you're dealing with nausea, specific cervical adjustments can help calm the nervous system.

Second Trimester

This is when most women feel the shift. Back pain, round ligament tenderness, hip tightness. We use special pillows that let you lie face-down during adjustments and massage. Most pregnant patients haven't been able to lie on their belly in months. You can with us.

Third Trimester

Pelvic balance matters most here. Webster Technique sessions focus on creating room for your baby and preparing your body for labor. Most patients come once a week from 20 weeks, then twice a week from week 36 until delivery.
